Staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful. The parking situation is always an issue when i travel as there's usually some stupid fee or catch. This hotel simply had spaces outside, no fees or charges which was great. The room was clean and decently sized, AC worked well.

bit tired and lacks investment to keep it a true 4* no robes in the room no tea and coffee facilities in the room cheap towels that pilled a lot no bin in the room no towels for pool or beach

Great location, helpful staff

I was told that using the beach cost €15 per day, but then was charged €40 for it when checking out. No international TV channels seemed to be available.

cesenatico has good restaurants

wifi very bad, slow and constantly disconnecting. room small, no chair for desk. no electric socket on one side of the bed. bathtub and shower too high, very difficult to step in and out, and dangerous. during five days stay the elevator (just one small one for the whole hotel) did not work for four days. sea not clear, and very flat so that one has to walk in long to swim. room at € 300 / night is three times of what it should cost

Location and services and cleanliness

The rooms were not updated. Bed was VERY uncomfortable -just two hard, small mattresses pushed together! Pillows were like sleeping on a bag of socks. Terrible.
