Meal and service was very good.
From the outside Rogerthorpe manor looks great but the inside is a different matter. Rooms are small and depressingly decorated. Disturbed by noise in next room. Couldn’t wait to leave.

The staff were all lovely and would do anything to help
My room was cold when I arrived, I put the heater on and kept increasing the temperature but it just got colder. I had to call reception in the end and they guy advised the central heating wasn’t on yet (it was the last day of Sept) so brought me a small heater up, which did warm the room up well thankfully

The location was lovely and there was plenty of free parking.
As it is an old building, there are no “mod cons” for the savvy traveller. The shower in our room didn’t offer any water on day one and limited water on day two. The breakfast was not great and cold on day two and the staff didn’t want to be there. I will not stay there again.
