Good location, quite new

Right next to building site, A/C not working for first day, despite multiple complaints to reception, then all lights shorted out! Suite room very small

It had a kitchenette so I could prepare my own food

1 Elevator didn’t work Staff was rude They didn’t answer the phone when I called front desk Breakfast was pitiful and tasteless Housekeepers were very noisy when they cleaned rooms nearby

Lots of construction going on in the area

The staff, in particular Mr Mohamed and the early morning staff were excellent. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Also the breakfast is superb. The rooms are lovely and clean. It’s centrally located.

A window had been left open. I woke at 0230 with this banging sound. It was difficult to find the cause. Hence I slept very badly. It was no one’s fault though.

Large room ,plenty of space. No noise. Excellent in room fascilities well equipped although not all used. Very pleasant heplfull staff. Excellent central location for our purpose. I'm sure we'll be back.

The TV was broken (no signal) and wifi signal on 4th floor rather weak and slow. The password provided didn't work.

Room Very Good, Breakfast Very Good. Reception Staff excellent, Worked hard to give the best service they could. Location very convenient for train station, Piccadilly gardens and other transport moods.

Nothing really, there was building work going on in surrounding areas, interesting really more than an intrusion. Area had an industrial feel more than city

The television experienced persistent issues, persisting even after relocation to an alternate room. The lifts and hallways emitted a pronounced odor of paint and conveyed a sense of dustiness. Additionally, the initial room encountered heating deficiencies. The prevalence of ongoing construction surrounding the premises contributed to undesirable noise levels and compromised morning views. The Wi-Fi posed challenges with connectivity, frequently disconnecting. In addition, the breakfast service, while satisfactory, was compromised by a suboptimal temperature, contributing to a less-than-ideal dining experience. Considering the recurrent issues with the television, ambient odors, heating deficiencies, disruptive construction noise, and problematic Wi-Fi connectivity, coupled with the less-than-optimal breakfast experience, I would refrain from choosing to stay again if presented with an alternative option.

Location was good although strange there is no bar in the hotel, room was good size and a microwave to heat up ur breakfast

Breakfast arrangements poor never enough tables for everyone, so had to take back to room and then breakfast was cold

The only complaint is that I must say the water in my room was lukewarm at best.

Got a upgrade on arrival. Staff were excellent. The room was exceptional. Breakfast was the best . I will definitely stay again every time I am in Manchester. The only drawback was the location a few dark streets to walk at night so maybe take a cab.

Staff members were really welcoming 😊 You can take breakfast on tray to your room which is great as dining area is quite small. Bed was really comfortable.

Our room was on the 8th floor. I’m not sure if that’s how it was meant to be but if you’re there in colder times to get from lift to your room better do not take off your jackets etc and hold on to something as there are gaps in walls and the wind was terrible. You should feel inside warm and cosy and that’s far away from it

Staff welcome and helpfulness. Free to use coffee machine. Clean, spacious and modern suite. Was warm and the bed/pillows just perfect. Lovely bathroom and nice products to use. Location was great. Absolute mid week bargain in centre of Manchester. Complimentary breakfast. Pastries were fresh and good options available.

Nescafé sachets in room. Think suites (at the very least) could come with coffee machines. The cooked breakfast items didn’t taste great.

We liked friendly, helpful and welcoming staff (receptionists – especially Wayne, cleaners and breakfast staff) and unlimited hot chocolate and coffee.

Accessing the breakfast bar is a bit of a squeeze. If I had to change on thing, it would be to have a bit more space between the island and the rest of the self-service area. I didn't manage to get Netflix to work, although it appeared as a channel on the TV.

The property was really clean and spacious, the staff were super friendly and really helpful. We opted for a studio and upon arrival we were upgraded to a King Size for free. The room had all the amenities needed.

Breakfast was a good choice, however it was busy and a bit of a tight squeeze like too many table close together and the juice was watered down.

Breakfast is really poor quality, and basic selection/quality of tea/coffee in room. External access to all bedrooms so you have to wrap up warm to get from your room to breakfast (but the breakfast isn't really worth getting out of bed for).

Im grossen und ganzen war alles gut. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum, aber in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man eigentlich alles. Die Betten sind Weltklasse, absolut Bequem. Das Frühstück ist auch gut und hätte eigentlich alles...aber ( bitte bei nicht gefallen weiterlesen)

Wir hatten zwei TV`s, über 100 Sender aber kein einziger Deutscher Sender den man schauen konnte. Ist etwas schade da doch auch Zeit im Zimmer verbracht wird. Leider ist der Frühstücksraum viel zu klein. Es wird auch nicht sehr effizient nach gefüllt was doch eher mühsam ist. Das Personal sieht die wichtigen Sachen nicht. Also wichtig: nicht zu spät beim Morgenessen erscheinen...

Comfy bed, big spacious room with a balcony (but without seating?) The hotel was very very well designed

Room smelt of cooked food (like hospiral food and clothes started to smell of this) Kitchen sink was full of dirty water when we got there, lucky we didn't need to use it. Shower and water pressure was awful! Cannot describe how poor it was. Breakfast was mahem! A lot of choice however the kitchen space was so small thag everyone was bumping into eachothsr rushing around. The poor staff were having to top everything up whilst dodging people. Very poorly thought out.

- Off milk at breakfast with staff not really concerned when raised. - No vegetarian options for cooked breakfast. - Location not great and felt in the middle of a building site. - Bedroom right next window where guests walk past, could have done with bedroom at the back and living room by the window. - Room felt bland, basic and cheap.

The receptionist was super amazingly friendly. She very kindly explained to us the details and even gave us a little upgrade to a more spacious room. Room was very clean and cosy.

There was a false fire alarm which was unfortunate.

Breakfast was a little hectic and coffee needs attention, but these are very small things as the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is fine and the breakfast was good. It suited our short stop over to attend a sporting event. Room had a comfy bed and pillows. The layout of breakfast area is not easy to negotiate.

We were the 1st people to be on the 12th Floor where there is only 2 rooms. 1st impressions the corridors still had a lot of builders dust and floors were not cleaned properly. It was difficult to find the room as there was no signs which way to go. The reception staff were wonderful and helpful. The toilet is uncomfortable to sit on so I wonder if it has not been fitted properly? The shampoo dispenser wasn't working.

Only negative thing I could say was that the breakfast could of been better missed my good old English fry up ,they had 4 hot items but the bacon and sausages looked really greasy and under cooked ,also couldn’t find a dish for the cereal and there was no one to ask for help for quite a while

Nous avons eu une très belle suite bien équipée et très design. Les matelas étaient très confortable et spacieux. La chambre était aussi très calme aucun bruit, la localisation de l'hôtel est donc parfaite. Le petit déjeuné était bon et copieux !

le seul point négatif était le manque de jus "frais" il y avait des jus d'orange, pomme... mais hélas industriel. Il aurai été peut-être mieux de proposer moins de jus mais plus qualitatif;
