1. I booked the property for 5 days with full meal package. On the last day I wanted to grab a quick lunch before I head to airport. However was asked to pay for it if I had taken lunch on day 1. This was too petty for someone who stayed for 5 days & paid almost $ 6000. That remark was not Taj standard - low point
2. I shifted 3 rooms in 5 days but the bar/snack was replenished just once. Again it would not cost u much but these small things make a big difference to the experience

We stayed 5 days and it was an extremely beautiful resort. We had an overwater villa with a private pool, and the privacy was great: quiet, calm and very relaxing. The staff were polite and amazing throughout our stay.
There are only 3 restaurants (Mediterraneo by Jeffrey Vella, Mediterraneo Waterfront, and 24 Degrees), but the food was great with plenty of variety, from Mediterranean and Italian to Asian cuisine including Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Indian.
Nothing really, except the prices of the activities, which are very expensive and overpriced. We understand this is a luxury resort, but the activity prices should be more practical and reasonable.

Proximity to airport for a short stay.
Calm bay like sea with lots of fish life.
Beautiful white sandy beaches where you could get complete privacy to enjoy the peace.

A poor reflection of Taj brand.
Management of restaurants was poor during breakfast with long time for food service.
Cleanliness of the coffee cup and saucer at the flagship Mediterranean restaurant was really poor. The salt in the food at the Mediterranean restaurant was extremely high and we gave feedback as the red snapper fish dish was inedible.
Guests were allowed at dinner in bathrobe. We complained but it continued to happen! Not what I would expect at a 5 star hotel
