The good:
1) The apartment was large with all I needed with kitchen, washing machine and the large bedroom. It was clean and pleasant.
2) Central location with close proximity to Sichuan university and Tianfu Square. Very close to subway entrances.
3) Great facilites with the gym and swimming pools. The gym had all the equipment I needed for the workout.
4) Good breakfast with a good selection of local and western dishes.
Could be better:
1) The TV had limited local channels and nothing useful for foreigners. Would have been great if we could connect to apps to watch TV over the Internet.
2) The AC was blowing hot air through the night and the room temperature was 28c at one point which is not good for a good sleep.
3) The rooms are a bit dated with age related issues like slow draining showers.

Daily housekeeping was consistent. Hotel staff were very approachable and helpful. Ms. Ivy Wang at check-out was quick and professional. Received a cute panda toy as a farewell gift. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Noise from windows can be quite loud. A note from hotel mentioned it is due to change in temperature. Tolerable and didn’t bother us.
