Easy access, appreciated the use of the tennis court. Apartment (603) was lovely, liked the layout, great views and well equipped. Location was perfect to access parks, city cat and BNE CBD.
We were promptly moved after two days due to a hot water issue but were happy to find that we had moved to a nicer apartment with a lovely layout and nice view.
The first apartment was quite dated and would benefit from a renovation.

Great location, close to Sydney Street ferry terminal.
Apartment 304 was good size 2 bedroom apartment.
Car parking onsite.
Kitchen old and in need of updating.
Crockery and cutlery in cupboards dirty .
Bathrooms also need updating.

The location was absolutely perfect as a launchpad into the city and the riverside of Brisbane. The overall feel of the building was clean, tidy and well maintained. The outdoor spaces were great, although we didn't use the pool.
The apartment we were allocated (304) was VERY tired and in need of updating and modernising to a standard that we were expecting (we like comfort and amenity more than superfluous luxury). This apartment seemed like a cash cow, with apparently little investment in updating over the years. It was clean enough, but the cabinetry was tired and the handle on the oven was broken as examples.
