Great facilities, gym swimipool, pool tables, ping pong tables abd tasty food.

Water pressure wasn’t very strong and expensive prices motorbike rental and drinks.

It was in a very quiet area

It was supposed to be a 5-star but I didn’t see that

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Breakfast buffet options were limited. Hotel appears to be dated

The property was quite big and spacious and easy to navigate

The smell of mold/damp in the rooms on the beds and specifically in the pillows. Our first room absolutely stunk to the point it was making me feel sick, we told reception and they changed our room for us which initially smelt better but while laying down in bed the same mold / damp smell came back again. It was not pleasant for the price and considering we stayed in 4 hotels prior to this across Bali and all of them smelt fine. Additionally we booked a deluxe double room in June and when we arrived we could not have it for the first night, no reason as to why or explaining just that a member of staff would push the two single beds together until the next day when we could have our room which we paid for, and finally I would like to say that although the staff were nice enough in the 4 other hotels we stayed in across Bali in locations such as Ubud, Lovina, Gili t and gili air the staff definitely treated us better and were more caring and considerate.
