Very well equipped- washing machine, dishwasher. Nice location close to the beach. Metro 800 m - you get to the center, Aquarium, zoo directly on line L5. Reception helpful, but in another location, communicating thru Whatsapp.

Loud at night from outside bars and neighbours in the house. But its the location and the building, where can you hear everything. That is our only complaint.

the washing machine was not easy to use…. there were noisy nights as the property is located right on the rambla street.

The apartment's surroundings are beautiful and pleasant.

It's a customer trap. 90% of the photos show a beautiful, bright apartment with a spacious balcony situated to the main street. After arrival, we stayed in a house with two apartments on a side street. The apartment was very dark, there was a terrace but it faced the courtyard and it was also very dark. In addition, there was a strong smell of waste. We immediately contacted the accommodation with ask, if it was possible to change the apartment for the one which was advertise in the photo, unfortunately without any response.

Apartment is great with amenities. The location is good, able to access Barcelona sights with buses and trains. Very near to the beach and many restaurants around.

Confusion of where to pick up the keys for apartment and car park. Map on the front access to the building isn't clear. Wrong keys given and no instructions how to get from the car park to the apartment which i later found it's connected. Had to drag the luggages to the main streets and access to the front door.

Poblenou is my favorite part of Barcelona, which is my favorite city:) so for me the location was very good. Apartment is well equipped and cosy though some small fixes would be good.

Extrely unpleasant attitude from the hosting company. I would not expect this from the 700 per 4 nights housing during low season, though rudenes should not be expected anywhere. We were arriving at 10 pm, about what we notified in advance. Called from the airport as was asked in the instructions. First, we could not reach the number. When someone picked we said: "Hi, good evening. We have a booking for today. We have already arrieved and are calling a cab. Seems like we should be there in 15 min" The answer: "Call in 15 min" bang. So, we arrived. Again, number cannot be reached, we are nervous. Them someone picks up, my husband is on the phone. Meanwhile, some lady comes and says: "Name", I tell my name.She looks annoyed and makes a gesture which probably means "go on". I tell my last name. So, turned out she will gives us they key. When I said, that we could not reach the number and started to get nervous. She said: " Hey, I am doing you a favor. If not me, you would wait for a guard for another 20 minutes" Somehow I though that she is not working for this company and was doing a favor. What a surprise it was seeing her next day at the reception. Not mentioning, that "late check in" costs additional 30 euros.

good place for staying with family. in apartment you can find everything what do you need for have comfortable vacation near the sea

Comfortable beds, spacious apartment with everything you need. Great location with the Beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Also close to bus station for going into city centre.

A bit dusty, looks like the cleaners forgot to clean under the beds.

We arrived before check-in time, so we would be being greedy or exceptionally lucky if our room had been ready at that time (it wasn't) but we could leave our bags and spent a few hours at the nearby beach

Host accompanied me personally to the flat. She explained the basics and answered all my questions.

Noise from the street below. This disappeared completely once inside the flat. Needed to buy an insecticide for the mosquitoes - this could have been supplied easily.
