It was cosy, super warm, had an oven to cook. All of the essential things you need. Reception staff were extremely lovely!
Limited things to watch on tv and the bedroom tv was right in the way of the door.

Customer service, value for money, cleanliness, facilities- all excellent. Private spa pool is great. Would definitely stay again.
The sulfur smell on certain winds. But to be expected in Rotorua.

The pool 8n the room out the back of room was convenient and great there was our very own pool. The staff were fantastic.
The paint was floating around in pool, the room was cramped and alot smaller than it appeared in photo. The ceiling in the bedroom was very unappealing. Needs a good scrub or paint!
