4 minutes walk to the central train station

The room wasn’t what was shown in the photos. it was small and the only very small window was looking at an interior air vent tunnel. the room was small old and shabby.

location is convenient

mouldy bathroom and other peoples hair all over the wall. stairs were awful to go up with luggage and no help was offered. would not book again.

cleanliness and the noise

Very loud all day and night, can't sleep. There is no elevator, the stairs are very steep.

+ the location is excellent, the very center of the "party district" 5 minutes from the red light streets + there was a small fridge and tv + To the railway station 5 minutes on foot + Nearby there are bus stops and a metro stop + To a large normal store 3-5 minutes on foot + To a pharmacy also 3-4 minutes + Under the hotel there is a pizzeria, small shops, a coffee shop and a bar + Nice view + The staff was nice and always ready to help us 24/7 + after check out you could leave your suitcases for them for a few hours

- It was very cold in the room at night, the windows are very old and the wind passes through them well. I had to cover the window with a spare blanket. Once I had to sleep in my clothes.

Real Amsterdam feel meets Carlos bakeries as the reception is in a shop and room doors are next door.

Desastre room not clean hotel old the bed wasn't comfortable towels old you can not open the windows the room so small the staff eas not friendly 😑 at all i paid 60euro per night for single room its really expensive

The beds were comfortable and the space in our family room was perfect.

Understanding that it was and older property, the configuration of stepping down into the shower room was a bit inconvenient.

Close to Amsterdam Central Station

The floor was very sticky and dirty, there was mold in the walls. The bathroom was completely different that what I was shown in the images. I feel fooled by the hotel and booking. I would like my money refunded because of misleading images.

My room was not beautiful, and I could hear noise from the hallway, HOWEVER, I was much more comfortable that I thought I would be at first glance. The bed was clean, the bathroom shower worked well, and all was quiet in the evening. Staff was friendly and all ran smoothly. This was a very good place to stay for catching an early morning train.

The hotel is hard to spot: reception is in the pizza restaurant next door. Also, if you are not young and have a suitcase, be aware that the stairs up to the rooms are narrow (as is the staircase). This was a functional, comfortable stay.
