Mövenpick Hotel Gammarth Tunis

The rooms and view are perfect and stuff was very kind

That the room was not ready when i am checking in at 17pm but they changed to me in better room

The team at Mövenpick Gammarth goes beyond providing excellent service; they make you feel like part of a family. Their warmth, attention to detail, and wonderful atmosphere make every stay feel like coming home. I’ve been visiting for years, and the team makes me feel welcome every time. They’re truly excellent at what they do.

I didn’t have any particular complaints during my stay.

Fantastic hotel with great amenities and services, perfect for a long weekend getaway. Most of the staff were really friendly and we loved the little touches like the welcome package of fruit and Tunisian pastries. We also loved the Kallisti Spa.

The end of our trip was slightly ruined when we were checking out and we're drinking juice from a cafe just around the corner from the hotel, when one of the security guys from the xray machine came rushing towards us screaming that we weren't allowed to have juice from outside the hotel. He told us to throw it out and go to the restaurant if we wanted juice! We explained to another staff member that we were hotel guests, and he said it was fine. But the interaction with that one man was deeply unpleasant and negatively affected what was otherwise a very nice stay.

Blick auf`s Meer war nicht wirklich schön da man mehr auf die Dächer der davor liegenden Zimmer blickt, welche nicht wirklich schön sind. Zimmer sind ganz ok aber nicht einem 5 Sterne Haus würdig.

Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern lässt ganz schön zu wünschen übrig. Am Strand sind die Handtücher viel zu klein für die Liegen und um ein zweites zu bekommen muss man zuerst ein Streit mit dem Beachboy haben und sich über das respektlose Verhalten beschweren.
