Location ,staff and cleanliness

The villa is amazing and the private pool a great size and clean

There are a few minor things that require maintenance

Location was great, the staff are lovely, always remembered our names, and went above to make sure we were happy. Beautiful villas, clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely. Internet worked fine,

Room service wasn't the best, slow and not the nicest - we only ordered pizza and chips, cold and horrible. Breakfast was good thou, so maybe we just got them on an off day! Could use some bigger glasses and coffee mugs, but certainly not a deal breaker, if you like a good cup of coffee, bring your yeti, serves for hot morning coffee, then use for cold drinks later in the day.

Beautiful villa.

The strong mosquito coils being burnt everyday and the toxic bug poison that was sprayed all around the villa by the staff, including in the room, and the musty air conditioning made me sick with an incredibly sore throat and coughing, I felt like I had to hold my breath the whole time - I couldn’t breath properly because of the strong smells and smoke and had to leave 1 day early as it made me sick. I didn’t try to get a refund for the last night, I just left in a rush, however, it would have been nice to receive one as I payed a lot of money for the villa. I just wanted to get out fast. Really sad about this as it was a shame it was a nice villa.
