Very clean, staff was friendly and location was great.

The inability to control the thermostat in each room (which was explained in advance) made the room incredibly hot and stuffy- even with the in room humidifier running the entire time.

Muito bem localizado, com mercado 24h no prédio, um café muito bom bem pertinho e perto de duas estações de trem e uma de metro. Isso sem contar que fica pertinho da eletric city de Akihabara. Recomendo para viajantes individuais ou casais.

O quarto é pequeno (mas acho difícil algo muito maior para tokyo).

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí y el servicio siempre es increíble. Es extremadamente limpio y tienen un modo de limpieza eco, en el cual si deseas solo te cambian las toallas; así evitamos desperdiciar agua.

Location was great. The room was comfy and clean.

I booked a room that said suitable for 4 people. It was only suitable for 2. While the property contacted me and told me this I had to pay extra for a fold out bed which made the accommodation quite expensive.

Las habitaciones son grandes y limpias. El desayuno está bien para empezar el día. Hay varios lugares de comida al rededor. Las estaciones de metro están a 10 minutos caminando y el barrio de Asakusa queda cerca.

Sehr freundliches Personal und geräumiges Zimmer im klassischen Business Hotel Look. Supermarkt direkt im Erdgeschoss vorhanden.

Etwas altbacken und Lüftungen und Badamateuren hat man schon ein wenig das Alter angesehen (Staub und Rost).

Good location for Akihabara.

No aircon in rooms it is set temperature for whole hotel and wasn't working at all on 35c days.

The Hotel is well located. There are several metro stations and JR stations within 600-800 meters. The room is well-equipped, big enough, and clean. The bed is comfortable. On the 5th floor, there are some washing machines, dry machines, and a microwave. It is clean, so we can warm food bought in the FamilyMart, which has a direct door to the Hotel's lobby. There is a small fridge in the room where we can keep our food. The breakfast has enough choices, and it is delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The wifi is strong during the day to do video calls, but in the evening, it becomes slow.

Great location! Easy walking distance to a couple of train stations, and Ahikabara. Really clean and lovely staff. Handy having the Family Mart just downstairs.

Location of this hotel was great. Closer to so many stations which makes travelling to most Tokyo attractions so easy.

The size of the room & bathroom. Not what we expected at all. Moreover a lack of an iron and the need to go down to the reception to ask for one was not ideal.
