Limpio, muy cómoda la habitación
Todo bien, lo que es un poco incómodo que el lobby se encuentra en el 2do piso pero sin tema

Cleaning could improve. No hand towels in bathrooms

I really liked the room; it was cozy and the right size. Some hotels have gigantic rooms that make no sense, but this one had the perfect size and everything that was needed. Also, I really liked the meeting rooms. Since I was there for work, I had the chance to get the most out of them.
There was dirt around the border of the room, so it was not cleaned properly. The wifi signal in the room was not the best, which was a problem when working. My main issue was with the breakfast; I have some key points that I would like to share that I think would improve the experience:
- I like that they have the option for fresh, made-to-order eggs, but one cook during rush hour is not enough. I saw people doing a line for 20 minutes waiting for eggs, and when you have work or meetings to get to, that might be a problem. I would add a warm station like the one with hotcakes, with just scrambled eggs, so if someone just wants some eggs with their food, they can grab them and go. Maybe a station with scrambled eggs and bacon would be best.
-The servers are overloaded with work during the breakfast hour; I think they are doing too much. I would add a coffee station so people can pour their own coffee instead of having to wait for the servers walking around with pitchers. That would free up some time for the servers to clear tables and reset them, and people would get coffee right when they need it.
- I like that the butter is freshly cut, but out of the 4 mornings I was there, 2 of those did not have butter. I would recommend using single-use butter squares instead; it's faster and easier to replenish when it's gone.
- The cook on the grill cannot be responsible for replenishing the hotcakes and the French toast while also doing the made-to-order eggs. A couple of times, there were no hotcakes, and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the cook to be available. Those should be prepared in the back and brought out to the station.
But, to be honest, the food was delicious; everything I tried tasted amazing!

Location is good for north Mexico City.
Hotel is in the second floor of a shopping center, no direct access from parking and elevators (lifts) doesn’t work fine (2 out of 4 were working)
Bed and pillows are not comfortable
