Grand Hyatt Macau

Alles bestens.

The stay was very comfortable, and the staff professional and friendly. It’s my mom’s birthday and they prepared a complimentary gift and fruit platter. I am very happy with everything.

The area was nice, foyer was lovely, staff were helpful and kind,

The rooms were a little tired but still lovely.

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Macau was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Every single staff member we encountered—including the check-in team, concierge, waiters, pool staff, and the doormen during our checkout—was incredibly kind, attentive, and highly professional. Everyone took such wonderful care of us, always with a genuine smile. A special mention goes to Mavis, Carson, and Reven for delivering truly exceptional and memorable service! The breakfast was amazing, featuring a huge variety of food options, fresh juices, the best bakeries, and excellent coffee. Our room was so comfortable and welcoming that we actually decided to stay in and have dinner there one night. Additionally, the pool area is beautiful and very well-maintained. The hotel is also well located. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Macau!
