Mariner Guesthouse & Villa

Mariner Guesthouse deserves full marks on all accounts. I love Simonstown and visit frequently, but this was my first stay here (I hope not my last). The views are spectacular, the breakfasts delicious and varied, and the staff amazing. Especially Mandy ensured that my stay would be unforgettable! A bonus is safe parking. The unit I stayed in was spacious and equipped with everything one requires. The balcony with the view was my favourite - a quiet place to have some tea and read. The neighbourhood is quiet, except for a baboon barking now and then, birds chirping and if you listen carefully, even a penguin may be heard! What a luxury. There are many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions close by. This guesthouse is highly recommended for a short break or longer holiday.

Loved everything!

Sea View from Hotel room

- The room was nice and spacious. - Bed was reasonably comfortable and large. - Nice view from the main lobby. Ok view from our balcony.

- Lots of staircases, so not ideal for luggage. - I dont like hotels that charge per person rather than per room. - It wasn't worth the price for what it is.
