It was a lovely villa in a quiet area.

Not a huge issue but the TV was not a smart TV so no Netflix

We loved our stay at Two Villas from the very first moment. The staff at the reception (and everywhere else) is beyond amazing and friendly and the communication is so easy! We loved our house - it had everything you need and the staff cleaned it every day very very good. The house is huge and the rooms are also very big so you have really a lot of space to enjoy your vacation. Next to the lobby is a new restaurant. They offer amazing food that you can also order to your house. Also in this area you can find many nice restaurants in walking distance (Blackbox for example) - the beach is also walking distance or you can take a free bike or a scooter. You can also order a masseuse to your home if you have a really relaxed and lazy day. We really really enjoyed our time and loved the stay at TwoVillas. We will be back for sure!

The breakfast was really good, different options to choose from including Vegetarian dish. Good coffee

The pillows are hard/too high. Options to have a mix of softer pillows and firm pillows would be good for family staying

My family and I had an incredible stay at this villa. Everything was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and had all the advertised amenities. We particularly enjoyed the private pool (1.5m throughout), the bathrooms and family friendly location. The staff was very accommodating and professional. They ensured that I could check in thay night despite me arriving late in the evening that day. There are bicycles for guests as well as scooters for rent I highly recommend this place for families and without a doubt will choose this location again when I'm back in Phuket.

This is my family's only complaint about the stay: there were not enough clothes hangers provided. Thats it.

Pool, staff, layout. Clean on arrival, housekeeping everyday, free bike rental.

Tiles started to break and fall apart mid visit, sheets weren't changed once and floor cleanliness not maintained. Unexpected deposit after paying, premium charged on top of third party services, bikes were free for a reason, chains fell off multiple times and handlebars not set properly, pedals missing etc. Also the location makes it hard to get a taxi or tuk tuk.

Room layout, bed was comfy, daily housekeeping, great pool and outdoor area, free bicycle rental, friendly staff.

Tried to overcharge us for a laundry bill. Tiles in the room popped up overnight, the a/c unit leaks onto the couch, looks like there is water damage between the first and second floor. Doors are too narrow, fine to walk through but if you are carrying a bag, you have to shimmy it in.

Breakfast could have been offered a little earlier for me but not a major fault

loved the private pool and the whole villa made it a very comfortable stay. While not close to the beach, it was close to everything or a short drive away from the main shopping area. very relaxing.

Amazing villa with an excellent private pool. all the utilities were top notch.

- There were some lizards roaming around the villa. - Some furniture pieces where missing from the villa. (After following up, the staff provided us with) - Gym was always hot as they switched off cooling whenever it wasn't occupied. - Gym facilities where not the best
