Amazing quirky place, fab views, great staff exceptional breakfast

We felt truly guests like at home, sharing a beautiful country Villa. The place is magical and has everything needed with spectacular views of the temples. Detailed instructions made check-in worry-free and easy… Salvatore took good care of us, making sure we were welcome. Wishing having stayed longer.

What an absolutely wonderful oasis in the country side of Agrigento but so close to the centre. This place was so authentic, charming relaxing with the best views of the valley of the temples. The night views were amazing. The dinner prepared on sight was a 4 course delectable experience. The property so large you walk around to the olive and almond grove, We went to visit the farm animals, geese, picks. chickens. The peacocks walk around owning the place and the dogs just don’t care who you are they are so chilled. Our room was rustic, beds comfortable, large bathroom and shower. The family made us welcome and while only spending one night we relaxed like it had been more.

We liked the property, but we have to note that the 1.5km drive down the dirt road might be challenging for someone not experienced in driving down narrow worn dirt roads. It’s a public road. but the council doesn’t seem to maintain it. It had rained a few days before we arrived and the road was fairly eroded . We had a hire car Panda Grande and it was not a problem getting in and out. Car was high off the ground and the width ok. A low car might have problems. The owners warn you and give you clear directions.

We booked for the location which did prove to be perfect for visiting the Valley of the Temples. The cost was very fair for being so close the sights.

Guests should know in advance that there is a one lane dirt road from the paved street to access the B&B, which was a challenge to travel and some taxi will not take it. The road is lined with tall stone walls which is charming unless a car is coming from the opposite direction. The grounds were in rough conditions, including the outdoor sitting area.
