El personal de recepción muy amable
Las alfombras estaban inmundas. Los uniformes del personal del comedor estaban completamente sucios y hasta harapientos. La verdad me dio mucho asco.
La alfombra de la habitación era bastante mas oscura por lo que la suciedad no se veía, pero probablemente estaba sucia también.
Holiday inn puede ser una cadena de nivel medio, pero eso no justifica la suciedad de las alfombras o las ropas sucias de su personal.

Very close to Dotonbori so lots of restaurants and grocery/drug stores and shops in the area.
The hotel room itself is sufficiently provided with bathroom amenities, daily water bottles, as well as a coffee/tea bar.
While there is a buffet bfast provided, they didn’t change the menu the whole time we were there (7D and 6N)… so after a few days we opt to eat something else for bfast.
One down side of the location (that is if you’re with a family with kids) is that it’s actually close to a “red light district”… which I didn’t really know until we got there

The location was about as central as you could get for what we were looking for. Very close to all the eateries near by and the staff was very kind and helpful. They allowed us to keep luggage there prior to checkin and post checkout. The latter of which was surprising to us.
The bathroom had a huge window looking into the rest of the room, and the curtain on the inside of the bathroom didn’t even properly cover the whole window. On top of that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. Black spots behind the curtain and the floor wasn’t swept.

Best location! Short walk to the train station and restaurants. Good breakfast selections. Comfy beds and a good shower. The staff are helpful. We sent our luggage to Tokyo, and they helped us fill out the forms and reserve a delivery company time slot.

Room is good but a little small for 3 people. Location is wonderful, right in the heart of Dotonburi.
Had issues with the Wifi for a few hours on the last day and staff didn't know how to fix. They just said that there are too many people using it which didn't make sense. Strange to have a window into the bathroom from the main bedroom.

Property is located in the center of the most happening area of Osaka...
Everything in one minute walking .... You just need to step out of the hotel and you have all the things you need...

They would not recognise my IHG Platinum status as the booking wasn’t made directly with them. This is the first time anywhere in the world I’ve been advised that a booking must be made directly with IHG to earn points and have status recognised. Very disappointing.

Many food to choose for breakfast. The staff in the restaurant are very warm, they also specially prepare lunch boxes for guests who are in a hurry and cannot sit down for breakfast.
Good location, convenient transportation, shopping is also very convenient
Not cleaned thoroughly, sometimes forgot to give floor towels, sometimes forgot to take out the trash

When we arrived last Saturday I saw the room not clean carpet even have a dust . Bathroom has a smell I called front desk they told me they’re going to move us the next day because they’re busy until now I haven’t heard from them I booked 3 rooms we still have until Saturday. So sad

Location near Dotoburi was great. Just a 1min walk to the Ferris wheel, food & shopping, yet it was quiet (rm 319). Holiday Inn has many American touches like Dove bathroom products.
Lobby is spacious & nice but the room needs a remodel. The carpet especially needs a refresh & better vacuuming in the corner - dusty. Same with under the beds, dusty & previous guest debris. Oddly the bathroom has a large window facing into the room, Norwegian-style(?). Fortunately there is a pull-down blind to give privacy. Buffet at 8:30 was pretty picked over so you may have to wait for food to be replenished.
We picked this hotel over others in the area for the larger room. I’m not sure if it was worth the added cost.

Because it is right in the centre of Dotonburi, it was a little noisy during the Friday and Saturday night of our stay.

Very central location! The street that the hotel is located on does have a few "adult" clubs within steps of the place, however that was not as issue. Still a great location close to all the great restaurants and sites of Osaka.
