Helpful reception staff. I requested a quiet room, and got one. The location was perfect, in a quiet side street just a short walk from Masaryk Square and the excellent tram connections along Nadrazni. Breakfast was enjoyable, better than you might expect for a hotel in this affordable price category. The minibar in the room was well stocked and reasonably priced (by UK standards).
It would be unfair to compare this hotel with a 5-star establishment. If I did compare, then I would mention that the furnishing in the room was quite basic, the bed was a bit hard, and the toiletries provided were limited. But taking the 3-star rating and the affordable price into account, everything was more than satisfactory. It fully met and exceeded my needs as a solo traveler with meetings in the city to attend.

Zimmer wurde am 2. Tag (nach 1. Übernachtung) nicht gereinigt; Frühstücksbuffet etwas spartanisch; Hotel allgemein in etwas altem Zustand; Kein Mülleimer im Zimmer - nur ein winziger Mülleimer im Bad;
