Hotel Orfeas

The hotel is very near the center of Delfoi and within walking distance (15 minutes) of the archeological site. The host was extremely friendly — as were, generally, all the greeks we've met; we loved them! The room was old and not very spacious, but was enough for us, with a separate room for the kids' beds and a little desk. The beds were confortable. The bathroom was very small, but, once again, enough for our needs. The WiFi was reliable and fast and the A/C worked just fine. The breakfast was varied and very good, and included juice, milk, coffee, bread and butter or jam, cheese and ham, cake and biscuits, delicious yoghurt with home-made cherry jam and even olives! Parking the car in the neighbouring streets was not so easy, but (in september) we were able to find a spot nearby. Overall, we had a lot for the price we paid. A very good experience.

The only thing we didn't like very much was the shower in the bathroom: it was very small, so that we had to take turns when using it.

Overall, very nice. Everything was more than acceptable. A really decent and satisfying place.

Lack of parking, like all places around.

Beautiful view from the balcony, helpful and attentive staff. The owner provides olives from his own trees, prepared from an old family recipe.

Great location, huge family suite with big balcony, brilliant value for money
