I absolutely loved my stay at the Izu Hotel. The staff was amazing, incredibly welcoming, and made the experience feel special from the moment I arrived. The location was beautiful and peaceful, and I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great, it was raining when I left and one of the lovely staff members gave me a poncho to use. Beyond grateful thank you. Room was perfect for one person and the shared bathroom felt like my own as I didn’t see the one other person.
How small the rooms are, however I now understand this is normal in Japan. Possibly an idea would be how to navigate from the Kesei Skyliner to the hotel - via the underground tunnels.

The location to the station was awesome. The bathroom was very big and clean. The main room was smaller than we would have liked. It was advertised as a family room for up to 6 but our family of five barely fit. They were very kind and helped us store our luggage.
The room was a little smaller than we hoped for
