Location is good, just next to the subway!

After months travelling in Asia, this is by far the most bureaucratic place I have encountered. They make you download an horrible app to check in and, because of that, the check in takes ages to complete. I never seen a hostel asking for so many useless information... To order food on breakfast, you must use the app to have discount, but it doesnt work well and the app doesnt accept credit card. So, you need to pay more by cash in the reception. After the check out, if you want to stay in the common area using the wifi, YOU CANT. THEY DONT ALLOW TO USE WIFI AFTER CHECK OUT. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH AN INSANE AND RIDICULOUS POLICY IN MY LIFE. All in all, you waste your time to do the more simple things in GoStops Delhi. Bare in min: the staff is VERY BAD and NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. DONT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND IN YOUR TRAVELS!

The staff is helpful for any problem you can have to manage your journey they truly take care of you, food very good clean room big common area and wonderful garden smoking area

The location was good in a sense that it was right outside a metro station. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The location is not that safe for women. The pictures of the hostel are different than real life.

The location is good. If you are well aware with delhi metro lines, then this is immediately outside the delhi gate metro station. From new delhi metro station, the auto will take anywhere around 50-60iNR to drop you here. The beds were comfy and ample storage (with lock) was provided.

The beds didn't have curtain at all. So if you're someone who works, or like privacy, this property isn't for you. I personally didn't mind it since I travel around. The property isn't accessible by wheelchair either. Also, since there are no lifts, people with heavy or multiple luggage - do think twice!

Staff was absolutely amazing! Staff would be one of not many reasons I would recommend place.

Rooms wasn’t clean, dirty sheets, dirty shower with weak water pressure. I booked for 2 nights and couldn’t sleep as fire alarm would start beeping out of blue both nights every 5-10min, asked staff to fix it 1st night unfortunately despite that it would happen second night.

1. Food was terrible and service was worse - took three attempts over an hour to get my order correct, ordered a pizza and it was disgusting. 2. I stayed in a private room which was infested with cockroaches and the bathroom wasnt cleaned well enough. Hot water didnt work one morning. 3. Terrible smell in the common area coming from the bins which hadnt been emptied. Overall, very pleasant and helpful nstaff. Hostel is suitable for a short one-night stay but nothing longer.
