Lovely gardens, lots of space to relax, the pools are fantastic. A great bar to enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Food is fantastic. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach, but we wanted to stay and chill on the hotel most of the time. Our room had a hot tub and plenty of private outdoor space which was great.

The serenity and calmness of the surroundings, room and hotel areas were outstanding. The service was top notch, we were upgraded on arrival and were given access to a room for showering before a late departure. The spa, breakfasts and Nonnas kitchen were stand outs for us, we will definitely be back.

We liked everything about Botania Relais and Spa. The staff in particular were outstanding. 5-star service throughout. Extremely helpful and accommodating, and always willing to assist with anything. The resort itself is stunning and incredibly well-maintained. The food was excellent too.

Botania delivered above my expectations. I cannot reccomend it enough. The hotel area is amazing and the staff goes above and beyond.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean.
Property doesn't match online photos. The facilities are small and unimpressive. The fitness room is very small and not many services in the spa. The service is not quick. It seems to take a long time for anything to get done. For example, I had to call room service twice to ask for a coffee cup to be sent to my room. I would also call reception or the restaurants or fitness area and get no answer.
The prices are high for food at the pool and the quality is terrible. The French fries were soggy and soft and the salad was dry.
The property is in a good location but no view from the room.
Overall it was good but not what I was expecting considering the rate.

Superb location, facility. Breakfast was w variety of choices. Tranquility at entire facility. They have a shuttle to take you to the beach. Titti from guest relation is a wonderful person and soooo helpful with all the recommendations and reservations.

The service. The guys (especially Cristiano, Gerrardo and the executive chef, please pardon me for forgetting your name) are always ready to go an extra mile to provide full comfort. The room is spacious and classy with impeccable attention to detail.
Gym could be a little bigger and better equipped.

This property quite literally epitomises an Ischian summer for me — forever. Every detail on this property was superb; the gardens to die for, the food at the on-site restaurants magnificent, the rooms were perfect, staff so friendly and accomodating. No screaming children poolside; just cocktails & relaxing music. I honestly can’t fault this stay or recommend it more. Heaven.

Beautiful hotel, incredibly peaceful and tranquil feeling. Rooms are clean, spacious and thoughtfully decorated. We stayed in the master with terrace pool, which was very nice - the space outside was large and felt very private. The staff were generally really helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide continental selection. The location above a small village was nice and easily walkable for dinner out, though a bit precarious right on the main road!
Wifi in room was non existent, which is disappointing is such a high end hotel. Room fridge was a bit small to eg cool wine.

The staff make the amazing hotel even more amazing! The gardens are beautiful and well cared for. The food is all sublime with the amazing addition of a fully vegetarian/vegan restaurant. The location and pool are all fantastic. We didn't book the biggest room but had an amazing terrace and an amazing bathroom. All in all it couldn't have been better!

Breakfast was included and the selections were excellent. From fruits and cereals to Italian pastries, antipasti and fresh squeezed juices. There were a variety of egg selections as well.

The restaurant is slightly overpriced with respect to the offer downtown.

Beautiful property, beautiful rooms. what made our stay exceptional was the staff - particularly this guy working at reception who had the best restaurant recommendations and helped us with literally everything. I wish we remembered his name but are eternally grateful and his help made our stay that much more memorable :)

Our stay at the garden villas was amazing. The staff were so kind and accommodating to all of our needs. The location is perfect, in a peaceful area away from all the busy roads. We highly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

It was beautifully landscaped and the staff were always accommodating, even when ordering meals not on the menu. Was very close to the thermal springs and the driver as part of the resort had great service.
The health centre was being renovated while we were there but that was the only flaw.
