Hotel Penzion Na Hradě

Very pleasant comfortable room. Nicely equipped. Excellent location. Friendly attendant who obliged my one request that there be a jug of milk in the fridge for our cup of tea on arrival. Towels not thin like so many places these days.

There was nothing to criticise. Maybe a little street noise and lights, so wear an eye mask

We loved the location of this hotel, and how it provided a comfortable and quiet place to stay in Olomouc. The staff were very helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful city of Olomouc.

It was all good nothing bad to say.

The shower was ok. Nice pressure and plenty of hot water. The receptionists were amazing and clearly the heart and soul of the whole place, I just wish I didn't have to keep asking for things that should have been provided automatically. There were no slippers (even though they're listed in the facilities) and no coffee. Only tea but it was never replenished. Soap ("toiletries") not refilled. Wash basin half blocked. Honestly I don't know what the hype is all about, it's a central location, but to me it was just an average and overpriced place. Plus I was charged some "council tax" on top and I never had to pay it anywhere else.
