The secure parking and premises is a bonus, especially when travelling alone.
The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable, offering a lounge area and the kitchen has a microwave and basic cutlery and crockery for eating in if you choose to.
The bathrooms are a little outdated. Could use a heater as the bathroom is very cold in winter.
The aircon in the room I stayed in could be updated as it is very noisy.

I was disappointed to find that the room had an internal staircase which l was unable to carry my case up.

Clean room, good facilities, easy to access location
the "neighbouring" room was enjoying a party until the early hours of the morning, a lot of banging, crashing, music playing, screaming/ yelling, smoking outside our room which led to the smoke coming into our room.

the gardens were kept to a visual enhancement. could not hear the traffic . so relaxing

Staff were very friendly, checkin/out was seamless. we had a car so the free secure parking was a bonus. The room was a time capsule however the things that needed to be new were new and clean eg. the carpet looked new and was spotless, the shower head looked new and every hole was working (there are hotels that don’t even have this), there were no stains, soap scum or cracks anywhere, proper high strength hairdryer (not a dodgy one connected to the wall), kitchen utensils/plates/cups all looked new.
we didn’t use any of the facilities (BBQ, pool) so no comments on that.
the room we had was one large room which had a sofa, small kitchenette, tv and 2 single beds and then a bedroom with a double bed, tv and ensuite.
It would be nice to have a mirror in the lounge room, if multiple people a staying, you would need to use the mirror in the bedroom or ensuite which can be annoying for the people staying/sleeping in the bedroom. Also the entry to the bathroom is through the bedroom so you will always be annoying anyone sleeping in the bedroom.
Also, the bathroom was very small in our room 20, it would be useful to have some sort of shelving in the corner or maybe a shelf that can fold up and down as there is no space to rest anything (it’s just a sink basin, toilet and shower).

Very clean. Quieter than I thought it would be with a lovely garden outlook. Fabulous pool, lawn and BBQ facilities. Appreciate the secure parking and tennis courts as well. A very enjoyable stay. I will be back.

NOT WHAT WAS LISTED ON BOOKINGS SITE. We choose as listed with bathroom and additional toilet, however layout of apartment VERY compact and only 1 toilet which is located in the very small ensuite off the main bedroom, which has a sliding door that makes such a noise when opening.so this means anyone in the other room that has two single beds a small table and a lounge and compact kitchen prep area have to come through the main bedroom to utilise the toilet. Air-conditioner in the living area with the single beds is effective BUT NO aircon in the main bedroom, only a very in effective ceiling fan that only operated on 1 slow speed. we found it necessary to seek additional fan from family. There is only a very small closet for all the areas and NO draw space and nowhere to place suitcases as it is impossible to unpack. We can see where they have at some time divided the apartment by a locked door, which most likely was once the original apartment. Not at all sound proof as much noise from adjoining apartment.
