We really loved staying at this hotel. We really enjoyed the size of our room, the amazing bath in our room, all the facilities as well as the friendly staff. A special mention to Dafne. She was so kind, helpful, friendly, attentive and made our stay extra enjoyable. Thank you!

Very modern hotel with a lot of amenities and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Dafne Lopez at reception. Dafne's English was excellent and made our check in process seamless. She was kind, attentive and made us feel like we were the most important people in the hotel. Our room was not quite ready at check-in as we arrived earlier than expected and Dafne kindly sent us regular message updates while we enjoyed some complimentary beverages at the bar which Dafne gave us vouchers for. As wonderful as our welcome was, our checkout process was seamless, again we were attended to by Dafne. Based on our interactions with Dafne throughout our stay, we would definitely come back to this hotel! Congratulations to Dafne on exceptional customer service.

Our stay was excellent.

I was upgraded to a suite room. However the room was old as compared to the stabdard basic rooms.
