The location and spaciousness and the beautiful landscape and the comfort.
The loud nightly entertainment that I wasn’t aware of beforehand. I would have liked a front facing room so the noise wouldn’t have been so bad. I acknowledge that a lot of guests were entertained by the nightly shows and that I am a minority but it was every night and often even after the show had ended

Lovely location over looking the nature reserve/lake set back from the beach.
Great shuttle bus service to the beach every 30 mins. Good facilities and great entertainment programme.
Single room small with tiny shower room. But idea for our stay.

The outdoor areas are well maintained and the 3 pools available are nice. Also it was nice that one of the pools was adults only. Free parking on front of the hotel without any issues.
The room was not as clean as we would expect, especially having in mind this is 4 star hotel. When we checked in we found a lot of bugs in the room like mosquitos, spiders and around the toilet it was even like 10-15 super small spiders all over it, so we had to do a thorough cleaning, which is not acceptable to me. Also the floors were not clean enough.
We had breakfast included, which had good amount of options but overall nothing special, food was not of great quality.
Overall, the hotel does not look like a 4 star hotel - I would expect much more for a hotel that is advertised as such, so we were a bit disapointed.
