Incredible hotel, from the staff to the restaurants everything was exceptional. We went for our honeymoon and they really look after honeymooners - offering free activities exclusively for you which were all amazing! Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Everything was top notch and we enjoyed every moment in our stay. The only thing i could fault/improve was the spa (Absolute Unwind Massage), it was quite expensive which is understandable, better service was definitely expected. But, i would highly recommend to others and is totally worth the experience.

Es war ein Traum, ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Verpflegung und das Personal. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt wie noch nie in einem Hotel, weil einem die Wünsche und Anliegen von den Mitarbeitern förmlich von den Lippen gelesen wurden und uns die Mitarbeiter (zB Darren, Fredy, Megan, Saccin, um nur einige wenige zu nennen) überaus freundlich und herzlich begegnet sind. Das Essen ist hervorragend, und man kann zwischen Palm Court Buffet und weiteren 4 Restaurants zum Abendessen wählen.

Lovely property, generally the staff were nice, especially Ashwan at breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the food at BB's, the Bourdin Blue, and the buffet at the Palm Court.  However, I found the dinner options at Beach Rouge and Creole Smokehouse to be just average. The lunch menu at the smokehouse offered better choices (smokehouse esq) than dinner, which primarily consisted of curries. I think some of the lunch options could be a great addition to the dinner menu. There was also a variety of activities to participate in, I enjoyed the yoga and found the I-Photography workshop helpful.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be greatly improved. There were numerous scuff marks and stains on the walls and phone that could have been cleaned. I also unfortunately had to deal with tiny ants throughout my stay. The first time I called, housekeeping came and sprayed the impacted areas that night. However, the next morning, I awoke to more ants that had now gotten into my suitcase. I called guest services, and they said they'd have housekeeping do a deep cleaning, but ants remained. I also participated in the Rum Experience, which I did not enjoy. I believe that activity is not suitable for children. Although the property itself was nice, the quality of the room is enough for me to choose a different property if I ever visit Mauritius in the future.
