Pietermaai Boutique Hotel

We spent 2 amazing nights in the Penthouse Suite at Pietermaai Boutique Hotel. The ocean view is incredible — sunset from the balcony is unforgettable, and the second-floor balcony is perfect for sunrise. The suite was clean and the AC in the bedroom worked perfectly, which is a lifesaver in Curaçao heat. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was truly exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is located in a beautiful historic building, so the rooms were not quite what we initially expected from a boutique hotel. However, the manager kindly offered us another room, and we were very happy with it. The common areas are absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed the pool. A special thank you to Marlon at reception, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. They even lent us snorkeling gear to take to the beach! The breakfast arrangement with their partner restaurant was also excellent. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff consistently checked that we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The only downside is the location near Pietermaai’s nightlife area. Music from nearby bars and clubs can be heard until quite late, especially on weekends, so light sleepers should keep this in mind. Overall, we had a lovely experience and really appreciated the hospitality.

Building and drilling beside my room had an impact on my quiet enjoyment. The workers are noisy and just loudly talking and singing and the drilling was relentless ! Pool not cleaned enough. I stopped using it which did change my enjoyment.
