Staff . Location and the grounds are fantastic . The breakfast was one of the better breakfasts we have had in a hotel
Mattress on the bed was very thin . Plus when we returned to the bar on the evening there were a few people stood / sat at the bar . I got the impression they were locals and not visitors but not 100% on that . Their choice of language was not appropriate for the bar area and maybe a member of staff should have mentioned it . I know another couple left the bar area due to it

Beautiful historic room with comfortable canopy bed. Lovely grounds and facilities. Good breakfast and dinner. Easy walk to restaurants and supermarket
It's can be hard to make the turn out of their driveway onto the main street. Also, the wall at the front of the property is under reconstruction, so there is noise during the day

We loved the character of the building and the beautiful garden

Nothing much.
Food was not good so therefore we didn't like dinner on the first evening and didn't bother with any more food. Shame the last time we stayed the food was excellent. Different owner we think.
