everything was outstanding! What a beautiful hotel. The building is gorgeous, rooms are immaculately clean, spacious and have everything you need and more. We had 2 rooms, one had a beautiful balcony and the other was facing onto the garden with patio furniture which was a lovely surprise. The staff were all fabulous!! So lovely, happy and very professional. We had an evening meal and breakfast and both far exceeded our expectations. This is one of the loveliest hotels I have stayed in. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning.

I would say the service charge was a surprise, not that we minded but as we had booked through Booking.com we assumed this was included but we were happy to pay it

Nice hotel layout with good outdoor spaces.

The double bed was just two singles together which felt a bit uncomfortable. Lack of mirrors in the room, which make doing hair and makeup before a wedding tricky. Breakfast wasnt anything special, and service was a little slow. Room was expensive for what it was

Presentation could have been better. No choice of bread to make toast. Poor choice of cold meats and cheeses for continental breakfast. Room was very bland. Needed a bit of colour. Windows needed cleaning and 1 pain replacing. Grouting on bathroom floor tiles needed cleaning as well as rim on toilet bowl. Hot water was very very hot. Should have a sign up. Kettle needed cleaning and better choice of biscuits supplied.
