The staff is exceptionally good and absolutely amazing providing great service through the 2 nights we spent there . A special mention to Dewmini who greeted us on arrival with a beautiful smile and a refreshing drink . All the staff were proactive , caring and compassionate during our stay . A medical emergency at the start of our vacation that one of our group had was thankfully resolved with a good outcome allowing us to finish our vacation . We are forever grateful to Ihsaan & Seneshi at the reception for your kindness and who came with us to ER . Thank you once again! Thank you to restaurant staff Pasindu and Hassan . Also a big thanks to the Chef who cooked gluten free tasty authentic Sri Lankan food that my husband who was gluten free could eat for dinner . The spa was also really nice with great therapists . Most of all it was completely a surprise how Jetwing group has such a great plan for sustainable tourism taking climate change seriously and implementing this sustainable tourism throughout all their properties . I would really recommend your hotels to my friends back home who would love this approach . Thank you Jetwing Sea !

This property is perhaps older than all the other properties we stayed at during our 9 day stay in Sr Lanka . The decor and furniture seemed a little dated and needs updating . Bathrooms while very clean needs better and brighter lighting .

Friendly staff. Kasun was friendly and professional, he checked us in and explained everything really well. The size of the room! It was big and spacious. Had an amazing view of pool and beach. Great breakfast

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean It was in a busy part of Negombo so you can leave the hotel and walk around to enjoy and shop We took the ground floor room and which gave us direct access to the beach and I highly recommend it

The staff were extremely hospitable and went out of the way to be of service

Rooms were not great, looked old and just touched up. Also the toilet was not great and I did not like the glass doors in the toilet separating the room. The room was hot and the a/c did not work well. Not great at all for the money paid.
