The breakfast buffet was actually quite good. Too bad there was an event at the time so the omelette station was packed, but otherwise I enjoyed all the food. The pool itself was clean and well-maintained. We happened to stay off-season (aside from the conference happening at the time) so it was just my friends and I using the pool at the time. The room was also so much bigger than we expected. All in, we had a great stay, and will definitely be coming back again soon!
The location can be a downside for some people. While it's a short walking distance to Vito Cruz station, otherwise there's not much in the vicinity to do or eat. Good thing the hotel itself boasts a good restaurant and lobby cafe.

The ambiance was good and the room was good for the price. The reception staff were good and friendly. Lobby Wi-fi was quick. Accidentally left a few drinks in the mini fridge and the staff kindly gave them back to us!~
My pillow smelled unwashed, the glass windows (including the ones in the shower) looked like they needed a wipe down. Sat by the humidifier and there seemed to be a bit too much fragrance dropped in.

Staff are very accomodating, The ambiance is good for people who want to experience old classic like vibe with nature other than modern style.
Due to high amount of reservations and ongoing stay, and demands of costumers, experience of stay may have affect the overall quality of service. Such as maybe lack of staffing and not getting all room service done daily, lack of parking when people have cars (should be well explained on advertisement) for inconviency purposes of future costumers.
