This is the best hotel in Phuket we have been. Modern, well equipped and nice staff.

Location is not great as little bit far from centre, otherwise all good.

The location is good if you come on business to Phuket.

The hotel staff do not understand English at all. Simple requests are difficult to fulfill. The cleaners enter the room without knocking. All employees need to take service courses and gain basic knowledge of working in a hotel.

Gorgeous scenery, all green, looks so tropical.

We did love our stay there. Even if they are going through some renovations at the moment, there’s still a huge potency of the resort.

Location was great for going to places as it was in the middle of nearly everything. Staff members were very nice and polite always greeted and even help.

Some parts of the hotel was under renovation and the parking area to the room is a bit far.

The hotel does not fit the description provided. Considering the Covid19-situation and the fact that Thailand has been hit hard makes it understandable that the hotel is in the shape that it is, but the pictures and descriptions on this website are simply false advertising. The hotel is divided in 2 buildings of which one is completely empty. The lights at the pool area are off, the gym is closed and the equipment is placed in some sort of children’s area of questionable cleanliness with no working air-con. The hotel simply felt run-down and the junior suite we stayed in does not have a separate living room or kitchenette, even if the description says so.

Workmanship on construction with brickwork was impressive. It was a quiet place to stay.

Breakfast was limited to a few choices. Coronavirus created problems with lack of guests in bookings. Television selection was limited with no English speaking stations.
