Staff went out of their way to attend to our requests.

Well maintained top class hotel. Enjoyed the fresh sashimi and hearty bowl of tempura soba😋
The lobby gives off some sense of under-decoration

Good location and so as breakfast, staff friendly and helpful would like to repeat stay here and small cake was send to the room as we mention our anjiversary trip. Thou the furniture is old but ambience still acceptable

Location was great, room was quiet and had a good nights sleep
From reception, to the lifts to the corridors to the room, it looks like a hotel for the 1990’s - really dated
We originally booked the Sheraton and switched at the last minute cos better location (so we thought!) and slightly cheaper - wish we hadnt
