The price was too expensive.No real privacy, were put next to 2 families with a crying baby. One tiny fan for the sauna we stayed in.

I understand when people are on holidays they want to have fun. I just didn’t like that other people in surrounding tents ignored the noise policy and was pumping loud music way past the time restrictions.

How they managed to fit 4 beds into a safari tent, the place was not hot due to the frequent winds. The bbq facilities were cleaned daily. The place was aesthetically pleasing, outside and inside.
I couldn’t lock the glass door. Slight concerns of theft because you could rip open the Velcro on the side of the safari tent.

Brilliant location in the centre of Shoal Bay. The park is very well maintained and clean. The tents were very comfortable and had everything we needed.

loved the location of the holiday park to town and also the kids playground! the staff were very helpful and we are definitely going to make this a yearly trip.

Loved the location
I know its out of your control however there were a lot of children and they were loud and noisy from before 8am both mornings and it was up until at least 7pm. They rode around and around our cabin constantly. It was a little distracting and at one stage we had to shut the front sliding door just to be able to hear the TV.

Loved the ensuite site! Easy check in/check out. Bathroom, and shower were amazing. Great park. Safari tents were also a stand out. Very close to the country club, IGA, and restaurants. Can't wait to come back again.
The only tine thing that could have helped was to empty the bins a little more often. But that's super nitpicky.
