Location was great. Useful to have a kitchen with an oven and hob. Comfortable beds.
We were in the 4th floor and the lift was broken when we arrived, but fixed quickly. Would be useful to have a bedside table for the single bed in a room for 3. Would have been good to have a room to leave luggage, but there were several shops round the corner that offered this service.

Easy to follow instructions and keys available. Room was large and had plentiful kitchen facilities (didn’t use as not required but good for those who would use it).
The apartment too smelt strongly of bleach and the room is set up very clinically - not very warming. Bathroom ok, needs some investment.
The lift was very small (that’s ok) but it was noisy whilst in it (screeching sounds) and I could also hear it from my room which wasn’t great. It sounded like it would breakdown at any point so after first I use, I used the stairs which says a lot when I was on the 4th floor and had a suitcase to carry down in the morning.
