Heeton Concept Hotel - City Centre Liverpool

Location was geeat, houskeeping service lady was very attentive and clean. On our check-in day, it was very late, but the front office reception team member in night shift (a gentleman) was very helpful when we thought we misplaced our phone. He helped us quickly! At checkout, the lady helped us store the luggage and was helpful.

Taxi at checkout was the only thing that affected our stay. But we understand that it is your procedure.

Great location and great value for money. Its a no frills hotel but very clean and comfortable. Room was very quiet and well provided for tea/coffee, towels, soaps etc. No issues with check-in, which was later than planned.

Minor issue with TV which was reported. Otherwise all was good.

Staff pleasant and very helpful, nice room.

The breakfast really lets this hotel down, having been sent to the pub next door, which was unsatisfactory, no choice of menu, no fruit juice and no choice of coffee, the breakfast was terrible, the pub on our second visit was very rowdy for, shots and beer were being served at 10.00 am in the morning, not what you want on a morning - we have complained to the management of the hotel, and we also discovered that some other guests have also complained as well. We have asked for our money back for the third breakfast, as we were not prepared to have this treatment and we went to Weatherspoons, which is just opposite the hotel.
