The staff was quite friendly and helpful; namely Sophia in the reception! Facilities were good. The room was clean.

Maybe the breakfast can be improved a bit.

The property is in a very good location next to the Bouregreg river across the beautiful opera house. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and the staff are hospitable and courteous. Special mention to Sofia in reception who was very helpful.

the location is amazing. the view is incredible too. friendly staff

its very modern and near to the river. and at the night u can see how beautiful and magnificent the madinah of rabat.

The service is excellent, the view is fantastic and it is also child friendly. The hotel is also very clean.

The music from the restaurant is too loud. No indoor swimming pool. No bath tub in the room.

beds and pillows are not comfortable, i spent more than 35min during check in due to problem in their system i was coming from far and so exhausted saying indirectly that it is BOOKING’s fault, i asked them to pay everything during my check in, and I definitely payed everything including taxes; however when i checked out they asked me to pay extra charges though!!! they didn’t even explain for what are those charges!!!! it was disappointing honestly..

First room that we check-in looked run down. Stains and burn marks from an iron on the carpet. Broken minibar door that was hanging off its hinge. Scratches on furniture. Old uncomfortable sofa, dust on bedside lamps etc. We asked to change but the second room had similar issues At my third request we were upgraded by the manager/owner to a suite which was a large room with a proper seating area. Still in need of some care like the net curtain had a big hole, the floor to ceiling windows were stained, side table has a stain of some kind of drink dribbling down, carpet was coming apart from where the joints were, small stains on the carpet Although breakfast had variety it was cold and did not tasted average - nothing worth talking about. Drink were very expensive

Rooms are large but very outdated and they have a terrible mothball smell. very hard beds.

beautiful view from the rooms but furnitures and rugs and carpets old and not clean .so are the sofas cushions etc….it’s tooooo bad same price as Sofitel and far from the cleanliness of those hotels this hotel needs to be completely refurbished to deserve a 5 stars , now despite the view which is fabulous it doesn’t deserve more than 3 stars

The hotel location is exceptional, the view on the river and Hassan Tower is breathtaking, room was very clean and comfortable, and what really made a difference was the staff : everyone is kind, helpful, respectful special Thanks to Mehdi at the front desk ! will definitely be back
