The lady on the desk was lovely, helpful & pleasant

The reason for booking here was the pool... which wasn't open due to the extensive renovations taking place. Very noisy & a bit messy (as you would expect a work site to be)

Bed was very comfy and good location to get to airport

Bessie our Receptionist and busy girl was exceptional. She did everything for us and beyond. She is a great person too.

There was nothing we did not enjoy about our stay.

It took me 3 days to get an answer on the phone when trying to make a booking and when we arrived reception was locked and there was no answer to the 2 phone numbers that were on the doorway. We had a time frame to get ready and get to our function so it was stressful as no one new where the proprietor was, there were workmen there but they didn't speak English so it was impossible to find out anything. Eventually she came out of another unit with her phone in hand but hadn't received my calls, I suspect her phone was on silent, so it was very frustrating at the time. I also would not have been happy if we were going to be spending time at the motel as noisy work was being done and we weren't informed when making the booking, as it happened it didn't effect us but potentially it could of. Courtesy should mean that we should of been informed so we could make the choice as to whether to book or not. The Proprietor was very pleasant.

no aircon. room too hot. no hot choc sachets. pool not available to swim in everyday.

Good location, simple to get in and out. Comfortable bed.

Place is a little run down and old fashioned. Internet was terrible - both bandwidth limited and agonisingly slow. if the internet is bandwidth limited it should be fast. If it's unlimited slow is reasonable.
