We stayed in a premium suite with our daughter. Super spacious and comfortable and very clean. Bathroom huge. Perfect hotel for a stopover.
The first morning we arrived at breakfast at 9:45. Breakfast is until 10:30. There was almost no food left and they only brought out some bread and cold cuts. Total chaos as more people arrived. In all that time they did not restock the bacon or any of the hot dishes. The coffee is really bad. The next morning we arrived at 9:00 and there was enough food at that time. But food choices very limited compared to other 4 star hotels we have stayed.

This is an excellent hotel on the outskirts of Santarem. The rooms are a good size, with a very comfortable bed. The outdoor pool is superb, although when we visited the pool bar wasn’t in operation. The spa also looked great, although not used. Nice restaurant with a good breakfast. EV charging on site. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was very good with a good selection of food to choose from.
The staff were very nice and very helpful.
Service declined greatly at evening meal time sadly. Service for both food and drinks became very slow and not all meals came out at the same time on occasion however the staff were still as helpful as they could be.

Breakfast was acceptable. Very tasty fresh fruit. The restaurant staff were very friendly
The breakfast did not have a huge choice, the bread and croissants were not fresh. The air conditioning stopped working at 2am (with an outside temperature of 38 degrees) and staff offered another room which was even noisier than the current one. Staff also mentioned they knew the air conditioning was sometimes not working, so the room should not have been rented out. The pool was meant to open at 10am but at 11am was still not in use. Overall the facilities are very outdated.
