Friendliness of staff and fair price with the cooked breakfast. Had you gone for the continental that would have just been cereal and toast, plus drinks.

Rather dated, poor state of decoration, very dated dark furniture, toilet smell.

No hot water out of the sink in fact no water at all!!

Very friendly staff happy to help with anything you needed nice and tidy rooms very spacious for 2 people. Got a large bathroom with bath and shower towels were soft

When we booked. We booked a room with breakfast when we went down for our breakfast we were told it was only a continental breakfast to our shock it was only toast and cereal tea and coffee. And orange squash not a continental breakfast at all in the end we were told if we wanted anything else we would then have to pay extra £7 for a omelette each or £10 for a cooked breakfast each. Not what we booked. The breakfast arrived. And it was 1 tiny sausage 1 egg and 1 hashbrown and 1 bacon and beans. Plus the night we arrived. We went into bar to get food as we had driven a few hours and was hungry to be told not doing food today as they had a wedding party in the restaurant area so we ended up having to find somewhere else for food
