Patrice the owner is a wonderful and attentive innkeeper. The hotel is super clean and comfortable and feels like home. Wonderful staff. Great location in east walking distance to many things. Nice neighborhood too and quiet at night

Great place and great and friendly owner

Friendly staff, eclectic decoration, secure parking for my motorcycle in the garage. WiFi worked, breakfast was good and there was a restaurant right across the street.

The breakfast was excellent. The host was superb and very helpful. The room was nice and had everything I needed.

The other reviews are accurate. Patrice is an excellent host and the breakfast is like restaurant quality. Good quiet safe residential location with many restaurant choices within walking distance.

It didn’t bother me that much but my room did have a bit of a smell to it.

A very friendly welcome by the owner Patrice made us feel at home after a long travel. Breakfast was freshly made with a full plate of fruits, cereal and fresh coffee. The rooms are very clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and caring and they have great environmental consciousness with just makes you feel as if you are staying with really good people. If we are ever back there for work, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.
