The hotel is in a good and safe location. It is near to both Nana and Asok BTS stations therefore you can get to the hotel from BKK Airport .
I don’t think there is anything I particularly did not like.
It was as however a shame that the young lady on Reception was unable to help to secure a taxi at a flat rate to take me to my next destination.

Excellent Breakfast
Good room , modern facilities , charging points
Free drop to metro and sky train
Location next lane cafes, 5minute walk pubs and nightlife
Internet on TV , Netflix etc
Cafe menu not adequate
Swimming pool small , not really usable and not good location .

Stayed in Room 404 was a very nice room with kitchenette, was an upgrade, quite location. Staff were very helpful at all times and go far beyond to make Guests happy. Free Afternoon Tea and Coffee were a nice touch also.
The Location is a bit fair to walk each day to Sukhumvit Road but Shuttle is good, and places to visit in the Soi anyway. The AC is noisy typical of all Thai Hotels. My first room smelt of old Cigarette smoke so they changed and next one was worse, final one was great. The Fragrance they use to cover it up is overpowering I think it makes it worse, even in the Lobby.

It was quite and easy to access from the local BTS
The room, despite being non smoking, stank of cigarettes.
The TV didn't turn off and the remote was missing, I had to pull the plug out to sleep, the AC wasn't great
