They were super friendly. It was a warm welcome. They got a chocolate surprise for us when we got there. There is a beautiful view from the roofterrace. We don't speak Portugees but they will help you with Google translate. We got extra blankets because it got cold at night. It's about half a hour drive from the airport.

Friendly and personal welcome.

This was not a hotel or hostel but someone's own house including all personal stuff (not organized). Rooms were very small and there was no space for luggage even. No own toilet or bathroom in the rooms. We were freezing all night, it was very cold in the house. Dogs were barking outside all night. We organized a pick up from the airport via them and had to wait for 30 minutes outside for the car. The street was not pleasant and we would not walk outside the area, didn't feel safe.
