Nothing. Cut our trip short

Booking.com did not specify the pool was in operational during our stay. We had multiple communication with the hotel before coming on our credit card details but noone mentioned the pool not functioning. We were offered pool services in another property but that was extremely unhygienic. The staff also did not make any effort to check the pool condition. We had to cut our stay short and checkin to another hotel the same day. This property is getting old and needs serious renovations

One incident I would like to mention. We had little complaint about a food item. When we reported it, not only immediate replacement was offered but so many staff members came apologizing to us that we started feeling guilty.

For the room, amenities and food options it was too highly priced The resort is in serious need of refurbishment

View and location is good.

Property not maintained properly. Looks too old and dusty. Lift stinks, fan is too loud so is the music. The place looks very damp and not friendly to people having allergies.

Excellent staff and service. Great location and view.

The dinner buffet is on the expensive side.

I liked the scenic beauty around the retreat.

The property is in a run down condition.The rooms on the 1st floor were dark and we had to pay for our breakfast.
