Perfect location, staff lovely and very comfortable.

The hotel itself is stunning and the location ideal is just great. We chose this hotel because it was central, had a car park and a pool, all of which was brilliant! We were able to enjoy our breakfast outside and the courtyard was lovely.
The room we selected was not the entry price and yet, we were underwhelmed by how basic it was:
No mini bar (it was 33 degrees and some water would have been nice), no option to make a tea or coffee.
The bathroom reinforced the underwhelming feel with a basic look and ultra basic products: one little soap bar, one mini shower gel sample and 2 pa per cups - not in line at all with the price of the stay. The decor of the room itself was a bit bizarre, very different curtain stules and tapestry on the wall with a mezzanine kind of space which only comprises a sofa and coffee table, bringing absolutely nothing to the room…

Fantastic central location. Characterful hotel. Friendly staff. On-site parking. Nice breakfast. Garden/pool would be lovely in the summer.
A bit of road noise at the front of hotel. No lift, although there is a lift for luggage to be taken up. Beware tight car park access if you have a wider car.

The bathroom had only a bath with a shower attachment but nowhere to fix the shower head.
It was ridiculous to try to have a shower, very inconvenient. The bar was not open for guests after 10pm and was very poorly stocked.

The room was fantastic. Daily cleaning service, large and comfortable. Exceeded my expectations for a 3 star hotel. The pool and garden was lovely - i wanted to stay so much longer!

bedrooms/ bathrooms looked tired. poor breakfast so only ate in once. seemed understaffed especially when looking to get a drink in the garden…. had to come to the bar and order and carry it too

Location was perfect in the middle of the city center and close to tasting rooms. Breakfast was tasty and filling. The room was comfortable and had the basics.
The wine we ordered from the hotel was a little disappointing, but being in Saint Emillion made up for it. There was a lot of gardening and noise going on during breakfast. Otherwise, no complaints!

The hotel location was nice and central for exploring the town. We had a suite which was much bigger than expected with a lounge and terrace, with table and chairs, that overlooked the garden. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed relaxing in the historic hotel grounds and the swimming pool was perfect!

Good location, but it’s a small town and so everything is central.
Massively over priced for what you’re getting. It was OK, but it’s a budget accommodation, at an over inflated price. I’ve stayed in nicer places for half the price. Perhaps it’s just the goi g rate in the area, but still.

The location was excellent and the garden and terrace were fabulous. You wouldn’t know there was so much space back there from the street. Very peaceful. All of the staff we met were extremely helpful and lovey.

Great hotel, a great location with parking, a swimming pool and superb rooms. Very comfortable room with excellent service from the all staff. Recommend it to everyone.
There's very little not to like, perhaps just a better tea/coffee facility in the room would be nice.
