The only thing that I did not like was the internal air conditioning of the rooms, as it was cold during the night and in the winter time, even though during the day it was heating, which is something that I cannot accept as a guest in a five-star hotel. Another minor note is the cleanliness of the external glass facade, as it needs more attention. Finally, I have a proposal since the hotel is currently under maintenance and development work ... take into consideration the possibility of creating a heated pool. Overall, the experience deserves a 8 star score ranking.

Location is very good - downtown.

Noisy. With construction work ongoing at the property. Restaurant have limited menu. No taxi service have to bank on local taxis if need to commute anywhere.

A mixed experience at this hotel but we shall start with the good. The hotel is beautiful and within walking distance of the Souks, marina and nearby restaurants. The breakfast at this hotel is some of the best we have had in all of Jordan. The pancakes and hashbrowns were delicious and there was plenty of fruit options too. The view from the room was incredible as well as the rooftop on the seventh floor where we had been lucky to be staying when there was a live band. We also managed to go up to watch the sunrise which was beautiful. The pool wasn't busy and was the perfect place to relax.

Onto the rooms. They aren't very spacious, we booked 2 king rooms for 3 people (this was the options available to us on the website), with an additional bed for the third person however if we kept the extra bed in then there would have been no space whatsoever for luggage and to walk around. The bathroom was terrible, the shower LEAKED INTO THE WHOLE BATHROOM, BEDROOM AND INTO THE HALLWAY. This happened EVERY time we showered, whether it was one or all 3 of us. We had phoned reception to inform them of this several times, who never sent anyone up mistimed. We requested over 18+ towels on top of the 4 provided daily by housekeeping in 2 days to place for soak up the water, which were drenched and not even taken away. The staff saw the flooding when they'd bring the towels yet still didn't even attempt to rectify it. If we stayed more nights we would have demanded an upgrade but the way the situation was handled was appalling and unacceptable. On the last day, even when the shower wasn't in use, simply from using the sink to brush our teeth, water came out from the drain on the floor and we were stood in puddles. We complained as we left, we spoke to a female receptionist who showed 0 sympathy and said the rooms have been newly renovated as if that makes it okay. How can you receive multiple calls about flooding and do nothing?? We are going to file an official complaint as this was just unacceptable. On arrival, we wanted to shower and realised one of the bathrooms had no shampoo or bodywash. It was very obvious that they were missing as they were wall mounted. We called reception who said check again. We looked around and couldn't find it. We called a second time and were still told to look again and the receptionist was very rude. We then searched the whole bedroom cupboards and draws. After a third very annoyed call, they sent someone up. Not with the shampoo or bodywash, but to check if it was there.

Located downtown, no need to take taxi or car to go for dinner or a drink outside hotel. Cool rooftop bar.

Reading the description on booking.com it seems the hotel has beach close by (400 m). There is a mostly crowdy beach at this distance without facilities and mostly local people. If you prefer a nicer one wih all facilities you need to ride a shuttle for 25 minutes (free) to a beach club (not bad, sunset) outside town and you have to pay for access.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. We arrived early and were surprised and happy to do an early check-in. Asked for gluten free options for breakfasts and got warm and tasty buns. The rooftop and the singer were lovely!

The shuttles to the beach club depart only in the morning, way earlier than check-in time. We asked about the shuttles in advance and were not notified about this. This should be clearer to customers asking about the shuttles.

They have a good deal agreement with the Berenice Beach Club and free transport there.
