The area was OK. The room was clean.
The coffee at breafast was undrinkable.
The low celing and beams were a hazard to your head, knees and other body parts.
The WiFi was difficult.

+ good breakfast with variety of choice,
+ friendly staff,
+ easy check-in also after reception hours via key box next to the entrance,
+ mini fridge in the room.

+ quiet residential area.
+ bus line 14 is just a few minutes walk away and brings you to the city center or to the west of the city easily. Bus accepts bank card and runs frequently.
+ supermarket nearby as well.
- breakfast starts only from 8am, which is kind of late if you have a (early) morning programme.
- there was no desk to work on in the room or nice chair to sit on in the room, even in the 3p. and 4p. rooms. The foldable chairs available in the room are not so comfortable, so you end up sitting on the bed the whole time.
- relatively expensive at the time we stayed compared to the comfort level of the rooms.

I really liked the location and the overall vibe of the hotel is nice
The bed and the pillow are awful, the breakfast is pricey, but not really diverse; the staff was all really nice, but kinda lost and everything was delayed or missing
